With an altitude ranging from 800 to 1,600 meters, it offers ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality Arabica coffee, harvested from November to March. Renowned for its coffee with fine acidity, robust body and chocolate aroma, it serves as a cornerstone in the country’s economy and culture.
