COFFEE REGION

Tarrazu

Protected by mountain ranges towards the Pacific, this region is home to the finest Arabica coffee. With an annual production of 700,000 bushels, the Caturra and Catuaí varieties stand out. The climate, with defined rainy and dry seasons, and altitudes ranging from 1,200 to 1,900 meters, favor its cultivation. Its cup offers high acidity, intense aroma, and a chocolate touch, sought after in global markets.
