Exclusive Coffees is a Costa Rican company dedicated to the development and promotion of high-quality specialty and boutique coffees. Founded in 2008 in a small garage in Escazú, Costa Rica, the company was created with the vision of transforming the country’s coffee industry through education, innovation, and close collaboration with coffee producers, roasters, and importers.

Through an open learning culture and the promotion of microlots and micro mills, Exclusive Coffees helped elevate Costa Rican coffee to a higher level of quality, highlighting the unique aromas, flavors, and characteristics of each coffee-growing region. Led by women in coffee, including Jennifer Castro and her daughters Alessia and Emma, the company works alongside coffee-growing families to improve processes, build long-term relationships, and generate a positive impact within producer communities. Today, with its new dry mill facility, Exclusive Coffees continues to serve as a platform connecting producers with international buyers, driven by a passion for coffee, knowledge sharing, and a constant pursuit of excellence.
